Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Dr. Mark Rose is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the Board of Allergy and Immunology. Since completing his Chief Medical Resident year in 2003 at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he has performed thousands of medical examinations specializing in pulmonary function testing.
Outside of work, Dr. Rose enjoys playing the guitar, riding horses, and boating with his wife and six children.
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Dr. Justin Johnsen is a board-certified Oculo-Facial Plastic Surgeon who has been in practice for over 16 years. He has personally performed thousands of medical examinations for Social Security, the Department of Transportation, and Medicaid, and is deeply familiar with the evaluation process.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, traveling, participating in outdoor activities, watching movies, and cooking.
Chief Operating Officer
Lindsey Mackey has been with Olympus Health since 2011 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She oversees all operational functions including clinics, staff, and physicians while managing key relationships with state professional relations departments. Lindsey plays a central role in driving national growth, expansion strategy, and operational performance across all markets.
She is married to a high school teacher and has four children and a dog named Bentley. Lindsey enjoys baking with her kids, beating her husband at board games, and spending time at the beach, which she calls her happy place.
